Agreement to these terms

These terms govern your use of gain.security (the "website"), operated by Gain Security Ltd. ("Gain Security", "we", "us"). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of an organisation, you agree on its behalf. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

The Gain platform

These terms cover the website only. Access to and use of the Gain platform and related services are governed by a separate written agreement between Gain Security and each customer. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails for the platform and services.

Using the website

You may use the website for lawful purposes and in line with these terms. You agree not to:

• access, probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the website or its systems, or bypass any security or authentication measure, except as allowed under "Security research" below;
• interfere with or disrupt the website, or place an unreasonable load on it;
• use automated means to collect content from the website at scale without our written permission;
• upload or send malware or any harmful code;
• impersonate anyone or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organisation;
• use the website to infringe the rights of others or to break any law.

Security research

We welcome reports of security vulnerabilities. If you believe you have found one, email hello@gain.security with the details and give us reasonable time to fix it before disclosing it. Please do not access or change data that is not yours, degrade the website, or use social engineering. We will not pursue legal action against good-faith research carried out in line with this section.

Information on the website

The website provides general information about Gain Security and our products. Some descriptions may include features that are in development or planned, and our products may change over time. Nothing on the website is an offer, a commitment to deliver any feature, or professional or legal advice. The features, availability and terms of our products are set out in your agreement with us.

When you request a demo or contact us, please give accurate information. We will use it as described in our privacy policy.

"Gain", "Gain Security" and the Gain logo are trademarks of Gain Security Ltd.. Other names and logos on the website belong to their owners. The AICPA SOC logo is a trademark of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is used under license.

If you send us ideas or suggestions about our website or products, we may use them without obligation to you.

The website may link to, or use, websites and services run by third parties, such as our scheduling provider. We are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the website is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Gain Security against claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these terms or the website.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page and changing the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms. We may also change, suspend or discontinue any part of the website at any time.

General
